Refund policy

Returns

We accept eligible returns requested within 7 calendar days after your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging and original condition. Please email us at cutemoongifts@gmail.com before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions.

Return shipping and costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive a returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, we will submit the refund to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.

Items that are opened, used, or returned outside the 7-day return window are not eligible for a refund, except where required by law. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us promptly at cutemoongifts@gmail.com so we can review the issue.
